COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE At The Old Railway House Nursery, we work hard to build positive relationships with all of our parents. We take any parent queries, issues and/or concerns very seriously - and we would always hope to deal with any problems before they ever were to become a 'complaint'. In the very rare instance that this might be the case however, nursery follows a strict complaints procedure. Information and policies relating to this can be requested from nursery. Any parents wishing to make a complaint should contact the Nursery Manager, Clare Archer. In the even rarer instance that a formal complaint could not be resolved, we are regulated by Ofsted; the Office for Standards in Education, Children's Services and Skills.
