Complaints procedure
At The Old Railway House Nursery, we work hard to build positive relationships with all of our parents/carers/families/third parties etc. We take any queries, issues and/or concerns very seriously - and we would always hope to deal with any problems before they ever were to become an official complaint. 

In the very rare instance that this might be the case however, nursery follows a strict complaints procedure. Information and policies relating to this can be requested from nursery. 

Anyone wishing to make a complaint should contact the Nursery Manager, Clare Sutton. Ways to contact us can be found here. ​

​In the even rarer instance that a formal complaint could not be resolved, we are regulated by Ofsted; the Office for Standards in Education, Children's Services and Skills.
