Food Hygiene Rating...

We are pleased to say we had our routine Environmental Health visit this month (February 2023) and we achieved a Level 5 Food Hygiene Rating.

During the inspection, things like handling of food, how food is stored, how food is prepared, cleanliness of facilities, how food safety is managed is all looked at, so we are proud to have achieved this rating. We are committed to adhering to food hygiene law. Our staff carry out regular training including Food Allergy Awareness, Food Premises Cleaning and Food Safety and Hygiene (Level 2), so we are super proud that all of this shone through and that we have achieved this rating.
