May we take this time to thank each and every one of you for your continued support throughout 2023, we hope the new year brings you all lots of joy and happiness. We have lots planned for 2024, including working together with you - we want to get our parents/carers more involved in nursery, meaning we are going to be holding a lot more workshops here at nursery, having more stay and play sessions, and lots lots more. "Our nursery is built on our team", and that is why we believe that staff well-being is the heart of our values. We are going to be introducing 'Buddy systems', encouraging more peer support and working closely with mentoring from our Management team. We are going to be making some changes to our nursery garden, working hard on the different areas for our children to enjoy exploring. We are going to be giving our 'growing area' some TLC, and focusing lots on planting our own fruit, veg, and salad for our children to enjoy! There will be a workshop for this, for any parents/carers that want to help out, so keep an eye out for more information on this coming soon in the New Year. From all of us here, at The Old Railway House Nursery, we wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!  There has been so much Christmas cheer spread through nursery already, from festive baking to Christmas crafts, our children are having plenty of festive fun! During the week of December 11th – December 15th, we have even more Christmas activities planned : Monday: Sparkle day - Christmas arts and crafts day (wear sparkles if you want to!)
