We will be doing lots of 'spooktacular' activities with our children over the next few days here at nursery, to celebrate Halloween.
If you want to get into the spooky spirit too, here is a link to a website full of fantastic Halloween fun ideas! for you to have a go at with your family. (Please note this is a third party link that will take you away from The Old Railway House Nursery website). On Wednesday 31st October, some of our older children will be visiting The Hawthorns retirement home to take part in pumpkin carving with the residents. If you're planning on carving any 'ghoulish' greats, please share them with us - we would love to see your pumpkin carvings! We would love if as many children as possible can get involved with Halloween with us by dressing up in costume throughout this week, and on party day (Wednesday 31st October) – whether it be a Halloween themed costume, or simply their favourite character, super hero, princess, etc. Happy Halloween!
